Fixed a major bug concerning Stretch in Target mode and also the bug on default box for squares (which was not aligned).

Protractor now allows select axis by mouse (Click, drag, release) as in native Sketchup (also requested by Daniel S.)
Automatic cleanup of colinear edges generated by the slicer for Bend and Twist (can be disabled in the dialog box for slicing parameters)
inclusion of an alternative set of icons and cursors designed by Daniel S. Just go to the Default Parameters of FreeScale and select the alternative folder. You then need to restart Sketchup.
