關(guān)于從家 About Congjia
從家致力于發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村大平臺(tái)、互聯(lián)大數(shù)據(jù)、在集鄉(xiāng)村運(yùn)營(yíng)、投資、策劃、設(shè)計(jì)、建設(shè)等強(qiáng)大的資源基礎(chǔ)上開(kāi)展從家定制、鄉(xiāng)村活化及私寶定制，力爭(zhēng)中國(guó)鄉(xiāng)村定制第一品牌。
Congjia is committed to the development of rural platform and large interconnected data, in rural set operation, investment, planning, design, construction and other powerful base on resources from custom, countryside activation and private treasure custom, strive for the first brand of Chinese rural custom.
業(yè)主情況
1、業(yè)主為80后四口之家返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)計(jì)劃中；
2、房屋具有舒適居住空間的同時(shí)要滿足一定的經(jīng)營(yíng)需要，明確功能為：頂級(jí)特色餐廳+居住；
3、地處河南省東南角，當(dāng)?shù)厥a(chǎn)竹子、河石；
4、基地所處位置交通便利，距離竹沐園旅游風(fēng)景區(qū)1.4公里，固始縣火車(chē)站3.0公里， G40滬陜高速出入口2.0公里；
5、土建成本預(yù)算50—70萬(wàn)RMB，考慮基地內(nèi)購(gòu)置一顆大樹(shù)；
6、項(xiàng)目動(dòng)工時(shí)間為2016年10月01日。

10,000RMB，頒發(fā)獲獎(jiǎng)證書(shū)；

2 2至6名每人（團(tuán)隊(duì)）一次性現(xiàn)金獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)

3 所有提交作品的個(gè)人/團(tuán)隊(duì)，達(dá)到參賽要求即可獲得由80后業(yè)主提供的價(jià)值

5 邀請(qǐng)上海生活時(shí)尚頻道及設(shè)計(jì)師拍攝
專訪紀(jì)錄片（3—5min），并播出一周；
Invite Shanghai lifestyle channel and designers interview documentary (3-5 min), and broadcast a week;
6 中標(biāo)后簽訂設(shè)計(jì)深化服務(wù)協(xié)議，指導(dǎo)最終設(shè)計(jì)施工，擁有從家01#小院自經(jīng)營(yíng)時(shí)間起
5年，每年10%
盈利分紅。
After the winning we design deepen the service agreement, guide the final design and construction. We offer 10% profit share out bonus every year in the first 5 years.
7 優(yōu)先選入從家
專家團(tuán)隊(duì)，并邀請(qǐng)從事其他從家小院跟蹤設(shè)計(jì)。
First elected to the team of experts of Congjia and invite other from home yard track design.

本次大賽由上海從家信息科技有限公司主辦，競(jìng)賽組委會(huì)將邀請(qǐng)上海合城規(guī)劃建筑設(shè)計(jì)有限公司、美國(guó)W&R國(guó)際設(shè)計(jì)集團(tuán)、三家建筑自媒體以及80后業(yè)主共同組成，其中包含建筑學(xué)博士3人規(guī)劃博士2人。
The competition sponsored by Shanghai Congjia Information Technology co., LTD., The organizing committee will together invite competition COSPACE ARCHTECTS CO.,LTD(US)、USA W&R International Design Group、three buildings from the media as well as the owner after 80s. Among them there are three architecture, Dr and three planning, Dr.
